I passed! What helped me the most was reading Inman, listening to it, and then using my RD in a Flash note cards for the domain I was studying that day. I also used Eat right Prep to check my progress. Another thing that helped was answering random questions others had on Facebook (aka this group). If you can explain it to someone else, it’s a concept you know! For now, time to celebrate!

Today I passed my exam on the first try with a 26!! (Yes, I wore the avocado shirt during the exam) I appreciated reading through other posts on how people prepared when I was studying.

I passed!! The first time I took the test in July I got a 24. This time around I did some sessions with Ingrid and Angela who helped me so much and I was able to raise my score 7 points. I was freaking out all weekend and Angela was able to somehow make me feel less stressed.

Studying for this exam was mentally exhausting! Taking the exam was also a mental challenge. A HUGE SHOUT TO Ingrid Soto!!! I did one-on-one with her at the last stretch, her domain 3 sessions, situational class, and a day before my exam (yesterday) her review class! She even did a quick 15 mins zoom call to try to calm my nerves!

Hi everyone! I passed my exam today! I want to thank Ingrid Soto so much!! I did individual tutoring and that helped me so much! She broke down the question for me, especially those situational questions.

I FINALLY PASSED! It's been a long time coming, but I'm so happy to finally say that I can put that RD behind my name! Thank you to everyone who helped and believed in me along the way! It was all worth it!

I was soooo worked up and stressed over this exam, but with good preparation and mindset this exam is challenging, but totally doable. Thank you again to Ingrid Soto and Angela Torres for the free sessions and all the words of encouragement over the last couple weeks!

I passed my exam today on the first try!! Thank you Ingrid Soto for all of your help! Ingrid helped me a ton with the math stuff and I really liked the situational session. My advice is to BE CONFIDENT! Each day I told myself I was going to pass and if anyone here is religious, I also prayed a lot. Just remember how far you’ve come and give it all ya got!!!

Overwhelmingly excited to say that I passed my exam!! I could not have done it without Ingrid and her team! I attended 3 of the free q & a sessions on Wednesdays then thankfully, Ingrid met with me 1:1 right when I started studying, the day before my exam and allowed me to attend any sort of group sessions that I requested. I seriously could not have done it without the support of her and everyone in this community.

Guys!!!! I finally passed my exam!!!! I have Ingrid Soto to thank for keeping me on track. This was my third attempt and let me tell you, a study schedule made ALL the difference. Ingrid encouraged me to write out day by day what I was going to study and then submit the schedule to her so that I was held accountable. We met once a week for questions and review of domains depending on what I had been studying that week. She really made me think before answering questions and that in the end made me feel confident because I began understanding the WHY behind concepts. I was able to apply this to my exam and realized this was the key to success! I’m so stinking happy!!!

So on Monday I passed my RD exam on the first try! I am still in shock!! I know it wouldn’t have been possible without the help of several tutors who’s classes helped me get a great understanding of the material. I want to thank Ingrid for her domain 1-4 review and q&a sessions that I completed over the summer. They helped me get familiar with Inman at the end of my internship before I really devoted time to studying the material.

I cannot believe I am getting to say this, but I passed my exam today on the third try with a 25! I am so excited, and I know everyone will have their moment as well! ... I also took the Situational Questions class and it really helped me breakdown the questions and really understand what the question was asking.

Thank you Ingrid Soto! Yesterday morning, I took the RD exam for the first time and passed! Throughout the exam I kept hearing your voice saying “best right answer” lol which helped me when I struggled with some difficult questions. Thank you for all of your help; your classes were extremely helpful. They allowed me to understand the information in Inman which improved my critical thinking skills and overall knowledge.

I finally freaking did it !!!! Still processing and still on cloud 9 but I did it !!!! I did it, I did it, I did it !! There aren’t enough thank yous in the world for Ingrid Soto and Angela Torres. I was one of Ingrid’s very first students and we have definitely come a long way !! She never let me lose sight of the end goal.

I am proud to announce that as of January 29th, I can call myself an RD!!

I finally passed my RD exam thanks to the My RD guide family. I seriously mean family, they are with you every step of the way and are so motivating... I was in Ingrids New Years group and it was very helpful! Thank you so much for your help, you can and you will pass this exam!

After almost 20 years you decide to retake your unfinished professional career and then just like that now you are a Licensed Dietitian. After three intense months of studying and working full time, I took the test on Saturday for the first time and passed it. Yes you can do it, believe in yourself and never is too late. Thanks to MyRdguide-for breaking down all the domains, for the support, for being so kind, and for their incredible tutoring skills.

The challenge this exam brought me really tested my patience, time and my will to keep going in this field but with doing so that time, patience, perseverance and support system lead to this, a pass!!! Thank you Ingrid Soto, Angela Torres & MyRDguide community for holding me accountable during all this. We are all more then capable of passing this exam.

I passed today!!!! I really could not have done it without the myRDguide girls! I was in the Black Friday group with Angela, the New Years group with Ingrid and I did 1:1’s with Meghry! Each one of them helped me in a different way and I truly did feel prepared to take the exam even with this being my first time. I’m so thankful for this community!!

After 4 weeks of studying, I passed. Thanks, Meghry for all your help in focusing me on the information I really needed. I recommend private sessions to have review sessions. Thank you all for answering and explaining questions to me. Y'all got this! Just go in confident and crush it.

[MyRDguide[ helped me break down & understand all of the topics needed for the exam. During my 1:1 Ingrid and I would go through questions then I would explain the rationale which I felt that talking through each question/answer/rationale thoroughly helped me grasp and understand the concepts. Passed my exam yesterday with a 30!!! Took a bunch of MNT reviews, domain 1-2 mock, and domain 3-4 mock with Ingrid Soto and definitely recommend any/all of them! Such a relief to pass on the first go and officially become an RD!

I’m so happy to say that I passed my exam on the 1st try!! I knew going into this that these situational exams were not my strong suit, so I wanted to get help with studying. I’m so thankful I found this group and joined Ingrid’s Spring Blossom group!! I passed today! I felt so much more confident than the first time taking the test. I let my nerves get to me and answered questions too fast. I feel that I paid more attention to every word in the question this time which helped me know what was really being asked. Stay calm and be positive!!
