Welcome to MyRDguide. By accessing our website (myrdguide.com), purchasing our courses, or participating in our tutoring and review groups, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.

1. General Agreement

MyRDguide LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), led by Ingrid Soto, provides educational materials and coaching for the Registered Dietitian (RD) Exam. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and students who access our services.

2. Intellectual Property & License

All content provided—including video lectures, downloadable handouts, situational practice questions, summary tables, and proprietary study schedules—is the exclusive intellectual property of MyRDguide LLC.

• Single User License: Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Sharing your login credentials or distributing our proprietary PDFs/recordings is strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not record live sessions, screen-grab content, or upload our materials to shared drives (e.g., Google Drive, Quizlet, Discord) or "course sharing" websites. Violation of this will result in immediate termination of access without a refund and may lead to legal action.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Tutoring Sessions: Cancellations for 1:1 tutoring sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to forfeiture of the session fee.

4. Course Access & Expiration

Access to course materials varies by program:

• Hybrid Review Groups (e.g., "Black Friday" or "Summer Wave"): Access is typically granted for a specific window (e.g., from enrollment until the end of the cohort session). Please refer to your specific enrollment email for your expiration date.
• Standard Courses: Access duration is clearly stated at checkout. We do not offer indefinite "lifetime" access unless explicitly stated in writing.

5. Professional Disclaimers

Important Legal Notices:

• No Guarantee of Results: While MyRDguide provides tools to help you succeed, we do not guarantee that you will pass the RD Exam. Success depends on individual effort, prior knowledge, and exam-day performance.
• Not Medical Advice: Our materials are for exam preparation and educational purposes only. They do not constitute Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) or professional medical advice.
• Non-Affiliation: MyRDguide is an independent educational provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND).

6. User Conduct

We pride ourselves on a supportive community. We reserve the right to remove any student from live sessions or community groups who engages in harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior, without a refund.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall MyRDguide LLC or Ingrid Soto be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our site.
